Before working with Veltec, the process of managing the transport of employees was manual and/or through the information from drivers themselves from transportation service companies, the controls we done by Excel spreadsheets, there was no record of delays and not precise information of passengers on board or even the average occupation of lines. There was also no consultation of itineraries on computer where our employee could view the information relevant to the desired route.
The deployment of the solution for employee transport management has enabled greater control and monitoring of transport at Randon, bringing benefits such as: reducing the operational consumption for the service provider, improvement in punctuality, reduction of routes and, especially increasing the occupation per vehicle.
